  1. 2025 — present

    Onsite Technical Project Manager, BlueLake Data Platform

    IBS Software Japan, onsite at All Nippon Airways

    • Support ANA's next-generation AWS data lake and warehouse, replacing the legacy Brain platform — roughly 30 TB across Open and Private environments.
    • Own the L2 and Data Mart layers: transformation, validation and downstream delivery across 200+ L2 tables and 50+ interface files.
    • Work with S3, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB and EC2 across pipelines integrating around 10 upstream and 10–15 downstream systems.
    • Troubleshoot production data and pipeline issues using SQL, JP1, Glue, S3, Redshift, CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
    • Analyze Redshift EXPLAIN PLAN output and drive SQL performance improvements, validating fixes through system testing.
    • Review technical designs and code, coordinating Japanese stakeholders with offshore engineering teams.

    Onsite Technical Project Manager, APaSS-PLUS

    • Managed onsite and offshore delivery for an enterprise operational data store and integration platform connecting 70+ airline systems.
    • Coordinated requirements, technical issues, dependencies and releases across business, architecture, database and engineering teams.
    • Supported offshore teams in understanding complex interfaces, data flows and business rules.

    • Supported ANA's NDC implementation with partners including Skyscanner, Google Flights and Travelfusion.
    • Led requirements and gap analysis, change management and issue analysis.
    • Supported system and integration testing through cutover.

    • Led requirements and data/interface analysis for a revenue accounting integration platform connecting ANA systems with Lufthansa Systems Sirax.
    • Authored requirements, interface and data-mapping specifications, supporting offshore development, QA and acceptance testing.
    • Managed customer changes and a team of three business analysts.

    Database Architect / DBA / PL-SQL Developer

    • Designed databases and ER models; handled Oracle administration, replication, backup, performance monitoring and tuning.
